Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Empire Today. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with customers in their homes to provide flooring solutions and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers in their homes to provide flooring solutions and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and sales techniques

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices
