Role Overview

The Sales Engineer is tasked with enhancing sales revenue within a designated geographic area by identifying and cultivating new client relationships, as well as engaging with our existing customer base to expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer requirements and assist them in overcoming their business and technical challenges.
  • Manage all facets of customer interactions and relationships grounded in integrity and the core values of Composites One.
  • Develop and nurture business relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth within the assigned territory.

Position Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the composites sector or industrial manufacturing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service with a demonstrated record of achieving sales targets.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred; degrees in Composite, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related fields are advantageous.
  • Proven sales acumen with the ability to enhance profitability and market presence.
  • Strong technical knowledge; capacity to comprehend and convey specific supplier products, processes, and strategies to effectively support our clients.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers, management, and colleagues; excellent verbal and written communication skills; a strong focus on customer service.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned sales territory, potentially up to 75%; flexibility to work varied hours, including overnight travel.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
