Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our Assembly Group on the Production Floor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repetitive operations to assemble products or sub-assemblies, using various common hand tools and power-assisted assembly tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products or sub-assemblies using written methods and sequences
  • Use computers to record work tasks and order completion
  • Interact with Engineering to troubleshoot issues and update work instructions
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Quality to resolve part issues and non-conformities
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Trade school or Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree or Technical Certificate preferred
  • Ability to solder, troubleshoot, diagnose, and articulate common issues
  • Experience with common hand tools and power-assisted tools
  • Ability to read drawings and schematics
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. with a focus on safety
  • Proficiency in computer applications
