Electromechanical Assembler

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to join our team at Aerotek. As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring production projects, including electrical panels, mechanical systems, and automation work cells.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire electrical panels, mechanical systems, and automation work cells
- Layout electrical panels independently, with final approval from electrical engineering
- Troubleshoot, test, and re-work electrical and mechanical systems
- Conduct field service, including electrical and mechanical assembly or retrofits
- Maintain and continually improve organization of the shop floor and processes
Requirements:
- Hard skills: Assembling and wiring production projects, reading and interpreting prints and drawings, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, field service for assembly or retrofits
- Soft skills: Organization, attention to detail, creativity, ability to work independently
Work Environment:
This is a fully on-site position in Norwood, Massachusetts, with some field service work.
