The Role

As an early member of our engineering team, you'll have autonomy to work on projects that are truly global in scale. You'll be responsible for building out our suite of API products, taking ownership of projects, and liaising with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities
  • Ship software to build out our API products, ensuring high reliability, performance, and mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Take sole ownership of projects, collaborating with Legal/Compliance and external partners.
  • Continuously improve our product offerings to enhance the experience for partners and end-users.
  • Make informed tradeoffs considering business priorities, user experience, and technical sustainability.
  • Enhance engineering standards, tooling, and processes for the team and broader organization.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems and SQL databases.
  • Experience with frameworks like Rails, Django, or Express is a plus.
  • Strong ownership and leadership skills, with the ability to influence product design and direction.
  • A growth mindset, with a constant curiosity and fearlessness to dive into the unknown.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
  • Past experience in crypto or financial products is a plus, but not required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $240,000, with a package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k). All Full-Time Employees are eligible for Employee Stock Options.
