Refrigeration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Soda Service & Alpine Refrigeration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining refrigeration systems for a group of food service locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance checks on refrigeration equipment.
- Communicate effectively with site management to ensure they are informed of all ongoing maintenance activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with troubleshooting problems and perform repairs as needed.
- Act in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience with commercial-grade equipment, including refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling class I & II, or universal.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with little to no supervision.
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.
