As a Medical Care Specialist with HarmonyCares, you will provide primary care to high-acuity patients in their homes, Monday through Friday. You will work closely with our team to deliver comprehensive care and support to our patients.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where HarmonyCares Medical Group is located
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
