Substitute Staff Member

We are seeking a Substitute Staff member to join our team at Middlebury Natural Foods Co-op. As a Substitute Staff member, you will work in one department with a variable hour schedule, providing excellent customer service and physical support to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be trained to work in one department, with plenty of shifts to sign up for.
We have openings in the following departments:
- Grocery
- Cashier
- Produce
- Bulk, Cheese, Dairy
As a Substitute Staff member, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Performing physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items
