Medical Care Provider for Students and Staff

As a substitute nurse or LPN for Pomperaug Regional School District 15, you will provide medical care to students, staff, and visitors on site. This includes routine care for students with chronic health conditions, health screenings, general first aid, and first responder services in emergency situations within the school community.
Responsibilities:
Provide medical care to students, staff, and visitors as needed
Administer routine care for students with chronic health conditions
Conduct health screenings and provide general first aid
Respond to emergency situations within the school community
Requirements:
Current RN or LPN license from the State of CT (copy required)
Strong communication and written/verbal skills
Strong ethical standards
Salary:
RN Nurse Rate $40 per hour, LPN Rate $30 per hour
Procedure for Submitting Application:
Submit online application and complete appointment visit with Central Office staff to review background check policies and procedures (includes fingerprinting process)
