Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering exceptional, patient-focused care while overseeing all operations within the unit.

In collaboration with the management team, the CNC assesses and enhances nursing care in line with established protocols. The CNC acts as a key resource for staff and is dedicated to ensuring an outstanding patient experience.


Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, assess, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
- Work alongside subject matter experts and leadership to drive improved outcomes and service quality.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance staff performance and engagement.
- Support staff scheduling and resource allocation.

Qualifications:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid diploma.
