Are you an exceptional multitasker with strong organizational skills? Our Administrative and Support roles play a crucial part in enhancing educational experiences across various locations. Below is an overview of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist certified educators in executing routine tasks under their guidance.
- Facilitate the teacher's workload by participating in planning, organizing, and evaluating educational activities.
- Support teachers with administrative duties.
- Oversee student transitions between recreational activities.
- Supervise students during lunch, on the playground, and while boarding buses.
- Assist in preparing instructional materials and media.
- Duplicate educational resources for teachers.
- Conduct classroom administrative tasks under the supervision of certified educators.
- Engage in other assigned responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current Educational Aide certification from the relevant educational authority.
- Experience in working with students in academic or similar environments.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Must have reliable transportation for daily travel to various locations.
