Role Summary:
We are in search of an enthusiastic Transaction Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a group of Transaction Managers, ensuring smooth operations for a significant volume of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee real estate transactions from initial offer through to closing.
- Facilitate communication and documentation among agents, clients, and related service providers.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates throughout the transaction process.
- Engage fully during scheduled work hours to meet the demands of a high-volume environment.
Work Schedule:
- Consistent weekly schedule with designated days.
- Weekend availability is required, with shifts on either Saturday or Sunday.
- Maximum of two closing shifts per week, concluding by 7 PM.
- Flexible scheduling options to accommodate personal commitments.
