Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Everise. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members navigating their insurance and medical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide empathetic and patient service to our members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Call Handling: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, utilizing multiple systems simultaneously to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in utilizing multiple systems and software applications to efficiently manage customer interactions.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • USB Headset: Utilize a Plantronics 3320 Blackwire, 3220 Blackwire, or 5220 Blackwire headset, or the Plantronics EncorePro 520 with a DA80 USB Plug Adapter.
