Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess and develop individualized care plans for clients.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote client independence.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to revise and update care plans as needed.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote healthy living.
Qualifications
  • Current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
