Job Summary

The Facilities and Shop Supervisor is a key member of the Conservation Corps North Bay team, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. This role requires a strong background in supervision, training, and project management, with a passion for helping young adults and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train corpsmembers in facilities and shop management
  • Coordinate facilities inspections and maintenance projects
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of hand and power tools
  • Procure and manage shop supplies and equipment
  • Develop and implement training programs for corpsmembers
  • Provide coverage for Natural Resources Crew Supervisors
  • Supervise corpsmembers on construction and natural resource projects
Requirements
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a related field
  • Experience in youth development, project management, and natural resource management
  • Associate's degree or vocational training in a related field
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
