Job Title: Director/Senior Director, Institutional Programs

Meridian Court seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Institutional Programs team. As Director/Senior Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-impact convenings that bring together stakeholders across sectors and borders to address global challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for Institutional Programs, aligning with Meridian Court's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and deliver engaging events, including fireside chats, panels, and multilateral fora.
  • Work closely with Corporate, Individual, and Foundation Development teams to secure sponsorship and funding for programs.
  • Oversee the work of a team of three and provide guidance to six additional staff members to ensure timely and quality completion of events.
  • Effectively articulate and market Meridian Court's value proposition to potential funders and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including embassies, government agencies, and private sector organizations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working with media, campaign, or social events for non-profits, trade associations, or other organizations.
  • Experience working with embassies or in the U.S. government is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
