Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our leadership team at Providence Medical Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare by developing and implementing clinical best practices, leading multidisciplinary teams, and driving quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of clinical staff performance, including coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
- Development and implementation of clinical best practices to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Analysis of data to inform quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervisory or leadership role.
- National Provider BLS certification upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
Compensation:$47.98 - $75.94 per hour, plus additional compensation for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
