SalaryThe salary range for this position is $47.98 - $75.94 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime premiums, and bonus opportunities.
Job DescriptionThe Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor plays a vital role in the clinic leadership team, bringing professional nursing expertise and upholding clinical practice standards. This position oversees clinical staff performance, provides coaching and mentoring, develops and implements clinical best practices, and fosters a culture of quality and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience
- An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 3 years of RN experience managing complex patients or successful completion of an RN Ambulatory Residency program
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff in an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment
