We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Associate to join our team at Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. as a Mid-Tier Supervisor. This is a supervisory role that will provide support to our clinical team and assist with the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Assist the Clinical Supervisor/Manager with hiring, training, and developing Behavior Technicians.
- Client Case Supervision: Supervise client cases, provide direct therapy services, behavior analytic assessment procedures, and staff training.
- Clinical Policy Development: Assist with the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Parent Consultation: Conduct parent consultation sessions and provide support to the clinical team as needed.
- Education: Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish or Arabic preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in the ABA field.
- Skills: Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT), experience conducting assessments, and ability to think globally with sound decision-making skills.
