Job Overview:

At Kona Medical Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing targeted treatment programs for children with unique needs. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will enable you to create effective intervention plans that promote positive behaviors and improve the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in training activities to enhance your skills in ABA, discrete trial teaching, and data collection techniques.
• Assist in training new and existing behavior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality care.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ALFS, or other curriculum assessments for new and existing clients to identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Schedule and lead case open meetings with the Director of Client Services to discuss client progress and develop strategies for improvement.
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians working with clients, ensuring they are following established protocols and providing high-quality care.
• Implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to children, using your expertise in ABA to create personalized plans that meet their unique needs.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow through on given directions in a timely manner.
• Patience and the ability to interact well with children.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a therapy team member and independently.
• Passed all behavior technician competencies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
