Responsabilidades Principales:
Gestión de Proyectos

Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente identificando y superando las necesidades del cliente con el apoyo y dirección de un Ejecutivo de Proyecto o Gerente Senior.

Estimar, realizar ingeniería de valor y desarrollar presupuestos de proyectos con el apoyo y dirección de un Ejecutivo de Proyecto.
Facilitar el proceso de licitación de subcontratistas, incluyendo el procesamiento, distribución y seguimiento de toda la documentación de licitación del proyecto.
Capacidad para utilizar programas de software y plantillas para procesar, distribuir y rastrear toda la documentación del proyecto.
Realizar las siguientes tareas con el apoyo y dirección de un Ejecutivo de Proyecto:
Negociar la compra de subcontratistas y materiales; desarrollar y negociar subcontratos.
Planificar y programar proyectos.
Gestionar trabajos en progreso, incluyendo coordinación de subcontratistas, resolución de conflictos, documentación y asegurando calidad y seguridad en cada trabajo.

Gestionar los costos del proyecto a través de la evaluación continua de mano de obra, materiales y equipos; continuar pronosticando y analizando costos de construcción, exposiciones y ganancias hasta la finalización del proyecto.

Realizar el cierre del proyecto.
Liderazgo
Proporcionar liderazgo a través de la construcción de relaciones, motivando a otros, proporcionando dirección clara y trabajo en equipo cooperativo.
Comunicar de manera efectiva; tanto de forma escrita como verbal con el apoyo y dirección de un Ejecutivo de Proyecto u otra Alta Dirección.
Desarrollo de Negocios
Interactuar con clientes y potenciales clientes para identificar y perseguir trabajo potencial.
Preparar y participar en presentaciones a clientes y entrevistas de proyectos; negociar y asegurar nuevos negocios bajo supervisión directa y cercana.

Calificaciones del Puesto:
Título en Ingeniería de Construcción o campo relacionado
3-5 años de experiencia en el campo de la construcción
Capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones laborales sólidas
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
Autónomo con la capacidad de trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo
Orientado a los detalles
