Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CareOne. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with the nursing process.
  • Assess and respond to resident conditions utilizing the nursing process.
  • Work cooperatively with other members of the facility interdisciplinary team.
  • Complete and ensure LPN and C.N.A. documentation of care and services rendered according to facility policies and procedures.
  • Communicate to physician and documents changes in resident condition utilizing both objective and subjective nursing assessment.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree from credentialed school of nursing.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • 1 year of related nursing experience.
