Job Summary:

As a skilled Registered Nurse at JobRialto, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, you will assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and support.

Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care, conducting thorough nursing assessments, and coordinating care with patients and their families.

You will also be responsible for ensuring clinical, educational, quality, and fiscal patient care outcomes, adhering to established agency policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and standards of practice.

Required qualifications include at least 24 months of experience as an MED SURG TELE RN in a hospital setting, basic computer proficiency, and effective interpersonal skills.

A graduate degree from an accredited nursing school, associate's or Bachelor of Science degree program, is also required, with BSN preferred.

Certifications include Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse, Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS.
