Job Summary
Able Home Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Care Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing services in the client's home setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans for clients.
- Document medical information accurately and submit required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Coordinate services with other healthcare professionals and communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of patient records and charts in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in home health care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
