Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Wildlife Renewal Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential and commercial wildlife control customers through exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife. As a Wildlife Renewal Technician, you will be responsible for identifying, removing, preventing, or repairing anything damaged by wildlife.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth inspections of customer homes to find the source of the issue
  • Determine the best solution and explain to the customer your next steps
  • Collect payment due and propose additional services that would benefit the customer
  • Run and schedule your own services
Requirements
  • Compliance with Drug-free Workplace Policy
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check upon offer of employment
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
  • Able to pass internal technical exams
  • Possess current Driver License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
