About the Role

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wildlife Renewal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residential and commercial wildlife control customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify and remove wildlife-related issues
  • Develop and implement effective exclusion and removal strategies to prevent future wildlife-related problems
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Meet or exceed sales and service targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
  • Ability to pass internal technical exams
  • Current Driver License required
  • Ability to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week and willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
