Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert pediatric emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and administer medications as prescribed
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes
* Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in pediatric emergency nursing

Requirements
* Current RN licensure in Massachusetts or eligible for reciprocal licensure
* BSN degree from an accredited institution
* At least 2 years of experience in pediatric emergency nursing
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
