About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Ferrotec (USA) Corporation. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems to ensure high-quality products and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems to meet quality and production requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Design and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process instructions and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop and implement new manufacturing technologies and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including process development, quality control, and production.
  • Experience with manufacturing execution systems and quality control software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
