About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enrollment Services Associate to join our team at the University of North Texas System. As a key member of the Registrar and Student Records Office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, security, and confidentiality of academic records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and interpret information to provide exceptional service to students and alumni.
  • Create photo rosters for each school and program.
  • Process updates to the Registrar and Student Records website.
  • Serve as a liaison for the Paradigm vendor to ensure proper processing of diplomas.
  • Promote and support the Office of Student Affairs by participating in various institutional functions and organizations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience learning new technology and diagnosing/analyzing problems to provide solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and maintain a high level of accuracy in a time-sensitive environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of related work experience in university regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as academic record keeping.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft and handling security-sensitive information.
