Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

In this capacity, you will:

  • Provide outstanding service to guests with a friendly and prompt approach.
  • Set up tables, buffet stations, and service carts efficiently for events.
  • Communicate any special dietary needs or requests to the culinary team.
  • Ensure that all courses are served and cleared in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an appealing presentation of table settings to enhance guest experience.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and service stations, ensuring a tidy environment post-event.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support event operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is preferred.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical capability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds regularly and push/pull weights up to 100 pounds.
  • A willingness to stand, walk, and engage actively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to frequently bend, stoop, and kneel as required.
