Position Summary

As a key member of our team, you will take on the role of a lead engineer, responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of technology solutions that integrate stakeholder requirements with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Information Security Technology - Engineering - Lead Associate, you will enjoy the autonomy to shape your workday while collaborating with dedicated professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and addressing customer needs while managing conflicting requirements across various groups.
  • Leveraging advanced skills and expertise to create technical solutions that align with customer expectations.
  • Employing a structured approach to solution design.
  • Overseeing the upkeep of current technical solutions as necessary.
Qualifications

Essential Experience

Minimum Required Experience:

  • 4 years in a relevant field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The current development team consists of four associate-level developers. We are seeking a strong lead associate capable of:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and sustainable solutions that support organizational objectives.
  • Executing and overseeing design implementation while mentoring team members, establishing design patterns, and enforcing coding standards during reviews.
  • Engaging in effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated success in implementing complex patterns, designs, and solutions using Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Policies, including training, Segregation of Duties (SOD), API services for access policies, and certifications.
  • Proficient in customizing workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications.
  • Strong understanding of core AWS services, including S3, EC2, CloudFormation, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and AWS CLI commands.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving for clients.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
