Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial and industrial building industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial and industrial building industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth
  • Provide guidance and solutions to clients as an advisor
  • Manage a high volume of leads to ensure timely follow-up and engagement
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the commercial construction industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software preferred
