Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and nurture a team of dedicated therapists to provide high-quality patient care
  • Manage financial goals and ensure regulatory compliance in rehabilitation services
  • Apply a transformative approach to therapy, leveraging clinical data to craft personalized care plans
  • Utilize Consonus' evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Be a champion of the patient's journey, maximizing function in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive realms
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited education program with a degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
  • CPR Certification (requirement varies based on State/location)
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire
  • Experience in post-acute care preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
  • Ability to positively represent the discipline and Consonus Rehab in the community
