About the Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage the repair shop, including scheduling mechanics/technicians' work and ordering parts
  • Ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, exceeding customer expectations
  • Communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager to relate to the customer
  • Supervise and lead a team of mechanics/technicians to ensure efficient operation of the repair shop
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
