Responsibilities

  • Deal Structuring and Management
  • Automotive Finance and Insurance Managers are responsible for structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability. They must be proficient in title laws and registration processes.
  • Deal Closing and Compliance
  • Managers accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals. They ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Documentation and Communication
  • They prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals. Additionally, they prepare and mail deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders or follow other processes in place.
  • Post-Sale Auditing and Funding
  • Managers accurately audit team deals post-sale and ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Requirements

  • Experience and Knowledge
  • Three years of automotive experience and knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures are required.
  • Personal Qualities and Skills
  • Professional personal appearance, excellent communication skills, and basic MS Office knowledge are essential. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to close deals, are also necessary.
  • Validations
  • A valid driver's license is required.
