We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to create, manage, and maintain essential documents such as technical manuals, user guides, and training materials.

You'll collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret technical information, ensuring all documentation is accurate and user-friendly.

Additionally, you'll support staff in using documentation tools and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.

Make a significant impact by ensuring our documentation meets company standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, organize, and maintain comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret technical information.
  • Create user-friendly documentation for a variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical users.
  • Edit and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Maintain a documentation library and ensure it is easily accessible to staff and stakeholders.
  • Review and approve all documents for clarity, consistency, and quality.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of templates for documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use of documentation tools and systems.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a related field.
