Job Type:
Full-time
Pay: $70,000 to $100,000 annually
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000

Compensation will be determined based on experience.

Responsibilities:
Key Functions for

Physical Therapist Role:
  • Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including clinical services, billing, and communication with the healthcare team and the public.
  • Exhibit comprehensive clinical knowledge and maintain acceptable performance throughout all patient/client interactions.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare regulations, and billing and coding standards.
  • Effectively communicate with patients/clients, the public, and all members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications: Required Experience and Skills for

Physical Therapist Role:
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited institution.
  • Unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure to practice in North Carolina.
  • Completion of or enrollment in residency training is preferred.
  • Clinical Specialist board certification is preferred.
  • Both experienced and newly graduated Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
