Key Responsibilities- Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings to plan patient care and discuss discharge plans.
- Precept and evaluate PT technicians and physical therapist assistants.
- Document patient treatment and progress toward goals.
- Instruct physical therapy and physical therapist assistant students.
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients, including designing and teaching exercise programs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the quality of clinical services.
- Graduation from an accredited two-year Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant by the state of North Carolina.
- BLS certification.
- No prior experience required.
This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. The work assignment type is onsite, and the work schedule is day job.
