Position Overview:
We are in search of a driven and skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will take charge of designing, executing, and enhancing manufacturing processes and systems.

The Manufacturing Process Specialist will collaborate closely with production teams to pinpoint improvement opportunities and implement strategies to boost efficiency, minimize waste, and elevate quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute manufacturing processes and systems
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate quality
  • Work alongside production teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Conduct process audits and implement corrective measures as necessary
  • Provide training and support to production teams on new processes and equipment
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
