Powder Coater

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for applying a smooth, even coat of powder to a variety of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply powder coatings to products using a variety of techniques and equipment
• Ensure high-quality finishes and meet production standards
• Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including ovens and spray booths
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications

Requirements

• Basic Fabrication skills, including welding or experience with metal fabrication
• Experience with overhead doors, rigging, and moving equipment with a boom
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems and ability to read schematics
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
