The primary duties will involve developing and overseeing pipeline schedules to facilitate the execution team, generating bi-weekly and monthly reports, and monitoring construction progress while providing regular schedule updates to stakeholders.

Additionally, this position will encompass a cost management aspect, which may involve creating cost-time phased forecasts, preparing cost reports, managing accruals, and conducting cost analytics. Building strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, including Execution/Construction, Land, Planning, and Contractor teams, will be essential for success in this role.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; a High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in scheduling engineering and construction projects, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Primavera P6.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in scheduling within the Midstream or Upstream oil and gas sectors.
  • Familiarity with Ares Prism for cost management and some analytical experience with cost management software.
  • Experience with SAP.
