**Job Overview**

Perfect Dental Management is seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

We are looking for an individual with excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. If you possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting/human resources, Spanish/Portuguese speaking skills, and dental office experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Human Resources:
    • Oversee the creation, distribution, and maintenance of employee badges, ensuring accurate records and security compliance.
    • Assist with new hire onboarding.
    • Employee LMS management & oversight.
    • Certification and licensure management.
    • Newsletter collaboration and distribution.
    • Addition projects as assigned.
    • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and conferences organized by the support team, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
    • Prepares agendas, schedules, and meeting-related documents for meetings, as requested.
  • Recruitment:
    • Source dental professionals (providers, managers, hygienists, assistants, and front office staff).
    • Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
    • Manage recruitment from job postings through interview.
    • Keep recruitment records updated and report progress to management.
  • Office Support and Coordination:
    • Welcoming visitors.
    • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
    • Take messages and forward them to the appropriate team members.
    • Field patient calls.
    • Manage daily operations of the support office.
    • Support for COO:
      • Assist the COO with special projects, including research, data collection, and project management tasks.

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
