Role Overview:

As an Executive Chef, you will be accountable for managing all culinary operations for a corporate dining account.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of culinary professionals, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and supporting catering services as required. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be tasked with the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cost management and monitor expenditures for the account
  • Design and develop all menu offerings
  • Assist with catering events and functions
  • Manage purchasing and inventory control
  • Implement new culinary initiatives in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in culinary management
  • Experience in high-volume production and catering is essential
  • Prior experience in managing cost controls
  • A strong desire to learn and advance within a premier foodservice organization
  • Culinary degree is preferred
  • Food Safety certification is required
