- Diagnose and service vehicle maintenance systems, including oil changes, flushes, and tire rotations.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide recommendations based on condition and service intervals.
- Perform routine maintenance on customer vehicles, including cars and light trucks/vans.
- Complete necessary training paths as outlined by the management team.
- Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment; execute all lubrication services efficiently.
- Document all inspections and services performed.
- Ensure that customer vehicles are maintained in a clean condition and are only used for business purposes.
- Maintain a tidy shop environment and account for all dealership-owned tools at all times.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors/dispatchers to confirm repair order details and diagnostic information.
- Adhere to established safety protocols; report any equipment malfunctions and safety incidents immediately.
- Possession of personal tools necessary for general maintenance tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Experience in automotive maintenance.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
