We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As an entry-level lube technician, you will play a critical role in providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for our guests' vehicles.

Through our award-winning training program, you will learn to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, perform an 18-point safety check, and more. You'll work as a team to provide fast, easy, trusted services to our guests, and have fun doing it.

At Valvoline Instant Oil Change, we foster a welcoming workplace for all team members and encourage those from a wide variety of diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply. We offer a competitive weekly pay of $14.50/Hour, paid on-the-job training, and a range of benefits including paid time off, holiday pay, tuition and certification assistance, and more.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible to work weekends, have an eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team. You will also need to be able to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
