Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $22 - $25 per hour, comprehensive healthcare benefits for you and your family after 30 days of employment, a generous Paid Time Off program, and a 401(k) retirement program with a 5% employer match (capped at $3500 annually). We also provide annual profit share- 20% of profits distributed back to employees, a Wellness Program, fitness reimbursement, and free and discounted on organic produce.
