We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering customers to achieve their financial goals by providing access to responsible and affordable financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Results: Meet individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations, by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Develop New Relationships: Work with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present Financial Solutions: Offer customers a range of financial products and services that meet their goals and objectives.
- Manage the Loan Life Cycle: Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan, present optional insurance products, and manage collections activities in compliance with all laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
- Language Skills: Bilingual - Spanish.
