We are seeking a talented and data-driven Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager to join our dynamic dental group marketing team. This role requires expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook to increase patient inquiries, bookings, and overall brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to attract new patients and increase awareness of our dental services.
    • Research and select target audiences, keywords, demographics, and locations to optimize ad reach and relevance.
    • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and ad schedules to maximize ROI.
  • Creative & Content Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the creative team to design high-converting ad creatives and compelling copy tailored to our patient demographic.
    • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and descriptions to improve ad performance.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, conversions, CPC, and CPA.
    • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights, adjusting strategies based on data analysis to improve campaign outcomes.
    • Set up conversion tracking and other analytics tools to measure and report on leads and bookings accurately.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets, ensuring the efficient use of funds for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Identify opportunities to increase budget efficiency while meeting campaign KPIs and monthly goals.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and shifts in consumer behavior.
    • Propose new tactics and campaign types to stay competitive in the digital landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certification (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience with keyword research tools, A/B testing, and audience targeting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
