Compensation: $17.00/hour (dependent on skills and experience)

Work Schedule: 9am-5pm with an on-call rotation.

  • On-the-job training and necessary tools will be provided.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.

Key Responsibilities:


• Perform routine maintenance tasks (including general carpentry, building repairs, painting, basic electrical and plumbing work, grounds maintenance, and light cleaning duties).

• Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as necessary.

• Maintain simple records and generate routine reports regarding time spent and materials utilized.

• Carry out additional maintenance-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
  • Experience in General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, and HVAC Maintenance is preferred.
