About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Responsive Auto Insurance Company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process various underwriting activities, including policy changes and cancellations
  • Manage own time to ensure incoming calls and underwriting activities are completed with efficiency
  • Review own work for quality and accuracy
  • Critically analyze information to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members to share information and resolve issues
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Spanish/English
  • High school diploma; some undergraduate studies preferred
  • Ability to work weekend hours
  • Willingness to complete tasks outside of formal job requirements
