Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Responsive Auto Insurance Company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process various underwriting activities, including policy changes and cancellations
- Manage own time to ensure incoming calls and underwriting activities are completed with efficiency
- Review own work for quality and accuracy
- Critically analyze information to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to share information and resolve issues
- Bilingual: Spanish/English
- High school diploma; some undergraduate studies preferred
- Ability to work weekend hours
- Willingness to complete tasks outside of formal job requirements
